Electric Bees is an exciting journey through British wildlife's most extraordinary adaptations. Beginning in the marine with the scientists decoding the messages in whale earwax, the book takes a vertical journey from deep sea to surface, soil to sky, ending with the bacteria living in the clouds and hijacking the water cycle.

Travelling around Britain, I meet with the scientists and conservationists working to uncover the fascinating and mind-boggling adaptations of the creatures with which we share our home.
